Lenzart offers a variety of services and products for volume school photographers, and an experienced team that will provide support and technical assistance to help you compete and succeed.
Our workflow includes testing several of your images before printing your job and applying color and density corrections if necessary at no additional charge. You’ll order using one of the offered options and receive your packaged job error free and “ready to deliver”, or use our order fulfillment service and have us mail directly to your client.
Ordering Options
Data entry at the lab
No need for special software or training – simply send us your log sheets/order envelopes and your images via USB flash drive or FTP upload. Lenzart will link your images, input your packages and retouch data, print and package. We’ll do it all for you, making this method simple and ready to deliver at surprisingly economical prices.
Timestone Software
Lenzart has partnered with Timestone Software for years, to provide a system of advanced data matching while still maintaining ease of use and reasonable costs. With this method, you’ll use Timestone Packbuilder software for data linking and you’ll be provided all your package information (and retouching, if requested) as barcodes that we create for you. After picture day, simply match the images and load the package data at your convenience, in the comfort of your studio. As always, we’ll help you with the proper training, at no additional cost.
Online Ordering
Captura (formerly Imagequix’s Blueprint) is a platform that provides so many great tools for your setup, product customization, pricing customization, and order fulfillment through Lenzart. Plus, it’s ready to grow with you as your volume grows. (A complete demo from Captura is a necessary first step.)
Tethered Capture
If you’re used to “doing it all yourself” while photographing, and you want to photograph tethered at the school, Timestone Software’s CapturePost software can be used to achieve this. Scan the student’s barcoded camera card, scan the barcode of the package orderd, link the image taken to the subject and keep on photographing.
Volume Discounts
Is your studio volume printing in excess of $20,000 of lab finishing purchases? If so, you may qualify for lab discounts, so please contact us to discuss your needs.
