Production Schedule
Listed below is a general “turnaround time” schedule. Should you have a specific date that an order needs to be in your hands, please communicate that clearly in the instructions area of Lenzart ROES, and we will follow through. If it is necessary to use a guaranteed shipping service to meet your need by date, the charge for that service will be applied to your invoice.

Minimum Order
We have a minimum charge of $15.00 on most orders. You may, however, combine subject matter when you order to avoid minimum charges.
Remakes
If the need for a remakes arises, please contact us immediately. The product and original order form may need to be returned so that we may not only fix the order, but also assure that we fix our processes and procedures, too.
Cancellations and Changes
When ordering via Lenzart ROES, the order goes to production as soon as you click the send button. Because of this, and the very fast turnaround of these orders, please be sure your order is correct before sending it. If it is possible to cancel or makes changes, there will be a service charge of $5.00 to locate it in the lab. ROES orders sent separately cannot be combined at the lab.
